1. Order Cancellation

For Physical Products:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For Digital Products:

  • Orders for digital products (eBooks, software, downloadable content, etc.) cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed, as delivery is instant and irreversible.

2. Refund Policy

For Physical Products:

  • Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

    • Item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • Wrong product delivered.

  • To be eligible for a refund:

    • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

    • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

For Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided once the purchase is completed.

  • We advise you to read all product details carefully before buying.

3. Return Shipping

  • In case of a return for a physical product, we may arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product to our return address.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

6. No Refunds/Returns on:

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

  • Downloaded or accessed digital content.

  • Personalized or custom-made products unless defective.
